Business Development Manager with enterprise experience in a tech/creative environment needed urgently to join a fast paced growing team. Our client provides endless opportunities for creators to tell exciting stories through video. Their model is clear, powered by tech and driven by creators.

Our client is a start-up and therefore you will work closely with the leadership team and across all aspects of the business, you will be working developing large clients both existing and new business.  Get in touch now as this is an urgent search.

The Responsibilities
* Meeting or exceeding sales targets by growing business and revenue within the assigned territory and/or account list
* Manage full-cycle sales processes from sourcing an opportunity to closure
* Leverage your skills and your customers’ experience to continually evolve our product and the sales process
* Listen to the needs of the market and share them with the Product and Marketing team
* Leading demonstrations of the Enterprise platform
* Structuring Enterprise level agreements
* Identifying new revenue opportunities and creative ways to grow the business
* Creating strong relationships with key decision makers
* Building contact list through outbound communication
* Setting face-to-face meetings in assigned territory
* Educating accounts, prospects and decision makers on the offering and value proposition

The Requirements
* 3+ years of sales experience dealing with large corporations, advertising agencies, media companies, and direct clients
* Tech/Content sales experience preferred, not required
* Process oriented sales approach with emphasis on client facing activity, management of pipeline & negotiating Enterprise level agreements
* Proven history of overachieving sales targets in a high-growth company
* Proven ability to foster relationships with key decision makers and senior-level stakeholders
* Proven ability to manage and grow accounts as well as develop new business
* Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to facilitate current and future business requirements
