NEW JOB- Our client is seeking a confident account manager professional with prior account management experience in selling directly to senior level management, as well as a proven track record of successful B2B sales.
This role is predominantly focusing on supporting and renewing client’s contracts to subscription based publications/databases as well as providing New Business Revenue from new or existing clients.

An innovative, ambitious and financially secure company, our client commands a uniquely strong position, offering information products across a range of financial services sectors, including hedge funds, mutual funds, real estate and insurance.

Key responsibilities for the role include:
• Achieving renewal targets from existing clients by maintaining relationships, training clients, establishing the value of our services, upselling and renewing contracts.
• New Business – Brining new clients on board or providing new products to your existing client base.
• Managing and developing your revenue stream through established business opportunities
• Developing your understanding of the product range, competitors and clients to enable maximised sales and revenue generation.

Ideal candidate will possess the following:
• Previous experience in B2B sales/desire to enter into B2B sales
• Consultative B2B sales/retentions/account management experience would be an advantage
• Previous sales experience working within the financial services market, specifically with investment organizations would be an advantage
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Highly developed business acumen and the ability to understand the wider issues of the industry
• The ability to identify new revenue opportunities and maximise product potential
