A Partnership Sales Manager is needed to plan, lead and execute a new digital business strategy for our client, the UK’s leading provider of multimedia content and services. Based in central London, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team.

Reporting to the Head of Digital and working both directly and indirectly through your team, you will maximise revenue growth and diversify existing revenue streams in new markets. You and your team are responsible for looking after and managing our clients biggest digital pure-play accounts and working with significant tier 1 digital businesses across a range of diverse sectors and territories to help drive growth from the digital sector.

Key Responsibilities:
* Executing the new digital business strategy both directly and indirectly through a team, to maximise revenue growth.
* Commercial Management and quality control: Successfully undertake contract negotiations, beat revenue budgets, and accurately report on revenue and sales pipelines.
* Relationship Strategy: Set and execute a client relationship strategy that defines which issues to focus on, which opportunities to pursue, and which clients to invest time in based on achieving maximum positive impact on the revenue budget.
* Team Leadership: Manage and lead the team, providing appropriate coaching and mentoring along the way.
* Client Leadership: Establish a position as a thought leader by senior client executives.
* Ambassadorship and entrepreneurship: Identify and deliver the right people, solutions, resources, and ideas into the client relationships to aid delivery of the commercial goals.


Essential skills:
* Proven track record in client relationship management and delivering new business growth.
* Proven track record in managing, driving and motivating a commercially minded and targeted account management team.
* Good knowledge and understanding of real-time content driven services and the commercial imperatives for securing and growing business in information hungry market sectors.
* Demonstrable ability to deliver consultative solutions.

Desirable skills:
* Strategic planning capability for client retention and growth.
* Knowledge and understanding of CRM systems used as a tool to manage account growth and forecasting revenues.
