Currently recruiting for a Partnerships Manager with licensing experience to identify, acquire and nurture commercial relationships with sporting bodies, their associated brand sponsors and appointed PR / communications agency to position, supply and deliver a full range of photography services. Our client is he UK’s leading news, sport and entertainment image provider

Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve revenue targets provided on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis.
2. Develop and grow a portfolio of customers for revenue acquisition and revenue growth.
3. Provide the marketing team with marketplace feedback to ensure the prospecting list is growing and captured in the agreed formats for sales and marketing purposes.
4. Regularly attend industry networking events, exhibitions, seminars and conferences to build awareness and stay abreast of your opportunities to network to sustain your relationships and optimise revenue opportunities. 
5. Translate customer briefs into well-presented proposal documents and/or presentations, ensuring they cater to their requirements and set our client apart from the competition to successfully win business.
6. Negotiate or amend commercial term contracts by establishing and maintaining the partnerships and contractual agreement process to ensure commercial viability and continuity of revenue.

Key Performance Indicators:
• Personal revenue contribution against targets provided, based on an expanding portfolio of partnerships and retaining business to drive revenue growth.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of our clients’ product and services portfolio, including licensing on an adhoc and subscription basis for editorial and commercial use.
• Deliver contracts with agreed yield or margins as agreed by line manager.
• Keep accurate records of sales, contracts and licences.
• Strong positive interpersonal skills offering positive follow ship at all times
• Confident and highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to present solutions externally to customers and internally to stakeholders.
• Commitment to establishing a network of contacts within the marketplace, high levels of gravitas to ensure ongoing retention and acquisition of customers.
• Self-starter, self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong time management and organisational skills to deliver and sustain ongoing success.
• Provide excellent customer service by attending to requests, requirements and services within the agreed service level agreements. 

Technical / Professional qualifications required:
• A minimum of 3 years sales experience, both telephone and face to face on a recognised credible product or service. 
• Proficient use of MS Office.

• Prior experience in media sales.
• Degree educated in a related field or qualified through experience.
• Prior experience and use of Salesforce.
