Our client is looking for a talented and driven account management executive to manage and grow relationships with subscribers to their database platform. The position is a sales role, with a focus on engaging with firms currently subscribing to their digital platform, increasing their usage, renewing their subscriptions and ensuring a healthy revenue renewal rate, and growing the relationships with them.
Working through the subscriber base, to drive their engagement with the platform
Negotiating renewal of subscriptions, to ensure revenue is protected and growth of a subscription is attained
Identifying opportunities for growth at existing subscribers and up-selling to them
Arranging and leading demonstrations of the platform, both via webex/phone and via in-person meetings (when allowed)
Arranging firm-wide trials of the product at firms with a currently limited subscription
Gaining referrals to grow an opportunity within a prospective client firm
Managing admin and updating CRM at all times
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work towards revenue goals as well as additional KPI’s
Providing regular, detailed feedback to the product team and to senior management
Confident Telephone manner
Passion and Enthusiasm
Experience of working in a target driven environment
Good Organisational Skills
Basic Computer skills
Ability to familiarize self with the product and the institutional asset management industry
