We are looking for a strategic c-level sales professional with drive and energy who will work with our clients Board to develop and deliver a radical two-year growth plan.  The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, Commercial Director, Strategy Director, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Product Officer to increase their client base 20 fold in two years.
 
This will involve developing the small sales team into a global sales operation that is fit-for-purpose, has the skills, experience and tools to deliver and that is highly motivated to do so. It will also involve working with the senior executive team to refine their products and services and to present them in ways that maximise the sales potential.
 
The Chief Revenue Officer will also play a very active part in delivering results on a day-to-day basis.
 
Must have:

  • Confident C-level sales professional
  • Extensive experience of sales
  • Strategic thinker
  • Track record of recent successful personal sales
  • Track record of recent successful team sales
  • Track record of increasing personal sales year on year recently
  • Track record of increasing team sales year on year recently
  • Track record of transforming a company’s sales culture
  • Track record of productising/commoditising a sales offer
  • Experience of selling a range of different types of products and services in different ways
  • Strong understanding of software as a service and of selling software as a service
  • Strong understanding consultative sales
  • Good knowledge of the media and interest in it

  • Track record of training and mentoring sales teams
