Currently searching for a Digital Analyst to join our clients expanding Digital Team in West London.
As a Digital Analyst you will have a cross functional role within a dynamic Agile team and will be the team’s growth hacker working closely with product owners, marketing and engineering​ to  define the most valuable product iterations​ You will identify key metrics and KPIs that drive Hitched digital products and devise strategies to shape and improve them.

As a highly skilled candidate, you will be tasked to define analytics strategies and implement them to our clients products. You will have the ability to manipulate large and disparate datasets in order to produce actionable insights and to define testing plan for future iterations.

Applicants for this role might come from a marketing, data analyst or product background. The ideal candidate would have some experience in each of these areas.
 
Accountabilities

  • Synthesise information across a wide variety of data sources including demographics, subscriptions, transactions, marketing performance, market research, website behaviour and more
  • Ability to define and implement full analytic strategy for new digital products
  • Define testing plan and setup AB testings to confirm your assumptions with data
  • Proactively identify opportunities for incremental revenue generation across all areas of the business
  • Select and deploy appropriate analytical and statistical techniques to help with a range of tasks including but not restricted to:
  • Segmentation
  • Modelling- next best action/product/title
  • Propensity modelling and churn analysis
  • Trend and cluster analysis to identify patterns in customer behaviour Customer profiling
  • Lifetime value calculations and projections
  • Create new analytical tools and new uses of data from conception and prototyping to scaling up and deployment across the whole business
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity – scoping development work where necessary
  • Develop reporting and dashboards for the team and management
  • Analyse customer behaviour and communicate key insights to marketing, brand and CRM teams to increase the effectiveness of campaign activity and improve customer retention
  • Use appropriate data visualisation tools to present insight in meaningful ways which can be understood by a range of audiences
  • Educating and sharing knowledge at all levels around the business to allow users to self-serve
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, consumer experience research and new technologies 
Knowledge, Experience & Competencies

Essential
  • Deep experience of working with Google Analytics
  • Experience and strong knowledge of marketing tag management solutions - Ideally Google Tag Manager
  • Experience of working with other digital analytical tools (e.g. heat maps, session replay etc) 
  • Strong analytical and quantitative
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, showing task prioritisation and ownership 
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with and combine multiple data sources to answer key business questions 
  • Commercially-minded with a solid understanding of how to translate analysis findings into revenue generating initiatives
  • Knowledge of database structures and relational databases 
  • Experience working with complex customer data 
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
  • Strong MS SQL skills
  • Experience of managing stakeholders at various levels
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex analysis results and processes to non-technical audiences in a clear and positive manner 
Also desirable: 
  • Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) experience 
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar visualisation tool (such a Tableau)
  • Experience with Faststats or comparable platform
  • A background in CRM and Marketing analytics
