NEW JOB_ Currently searching for a Head of Sales from a tech/broadcasting background to lead a growing sales team in Central London. The core product range of our client encompasses broadcast camera equipment, network connections, installation, training and support.
The Head of Sales will lead the Business Development and Account Management Teams to plan, sell and retain broadcast technology products and connections to the network so as to contribute to the growth of our client in the UK and globally.
This is a targeted sales role, with direct responsibility for hitting agreed team sales targets.

You’ll be responsible for creating and delivering vital sales strategies – leading a small team and play a crucial role in the success of this company. You will report directly into the Managing Director and primarily be responsible for delivering the 2019 Sales Strategy.  You will implement KPI’s, ensuring regular engagement with clients, pipeline growth and ultimately over-achievement against sales target.  Being able to coach team members through tough negotiations and help structure propositions will also be key to success in this role.

Major Responsibilities:
• Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit
• Reaching and exceeding the targets
• Support your team in actively identifying growth opportunities to deliver revenue requirements
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding our customer base and sales sectors
• Servicing the needs of existing customers to aid retention
• Recruiting, coaching and training the sales team
• Allocating areas to sales team where applicable
• Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
• Delivering increased sales skills
• Compiling and analysing sales figures
• Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target market

Education/ Certifications Required:
• Degree level
