Inside Sales Team Leader is needed for one of the worlds leading video content suppliers. With increasing demand for our clients content collection from creative agencies, publishers and the TV & film production market, they are looking to add additional resources and build an inside sales team in London.
They will start small with an aim to expand and are looking for someone to oversee efforts as well as to lead by example with a high volume of business. This role will report in directly to the head of Inside Sales who is US based.

Our client is seeking a driven, energetic, entrepreneurial talent to help build and lead a growing team and to work directly with customers (production companies, ad agencies, and other corporations) to find what they want and to be a creative partner to make sure they make the most out of their library.
The ideal candidate is creative, resilient, comfortable picking up the phone to talk to anyone, lives to provide above and beyond service, and is excited to take the business to the next level. In this role, you will leverage your prior sales experience in a fast-moving, dynamic environment, helping clients achieve their production and creative goals and helping rapidly expand our customer base.  If you have the drive to keep up with their rapid-growth high-volume pace, we want to hear from you.

       Provide daily direction and motivation to team members
       Ensure team goals are hit on a weekly basis
       Provide management with daily production reports
       Partner with known and new customers to maintain/expand relationships and ensure the collection is top of mind
       Rigorously pursue all sales leads (by phone, email, or carrier pigeon if necessary)
       Help clients identify and purchase the right clips and license levels
       Assist with general customer service requests that occur during the sales process
       Work independently to manage a book of business- develop deep knowledge of accounts and stay on top of them
       Research and proactively hunt for stock heavy TV shows and opportunities
       Gather customer feedback for product development and market research
       Team with colleagues to grow sales volume
       Ensure data integrity and that our CRM system is overflowing with rich client data to support revenue generation
       Consistently meet or exceed targets
       Sales experience, supervisory experience preferred
       Fluent speaking and writing in English language
       Fluent speaking and writing in French or German, Spanish is a plus
       Experience using a CRM preferred but not necessary
       Client-focused, service-oriented, and articulate in all communications
       Knowledge of the stock industry, including licensing terms, is a plus but not required
       Experience in ad sales is a plus
       Ability to motivate and inspire others
       Ability to multi task and stay organized
       Ability to quickly adapt to changing, global environment
       Motivated by exceeding goals
       A team player while able to work independently and autonomously
