Currently recruiting for a Licensing Agent to join the commercial sales team in our clients Munich office. Our client is a unique, online archive of high end contemporary photography with offices across the globe. The ideal candidate will have an interest in fashion, celebrity, beauty and the print industry.

The company seeks individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment, have the ability to multi­task and can quickly adapt to a constantly evolving industry. This role is based in Munich and the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Photography, Media, PR,  Advertising or Publishing.
The primary focus of this position is sales and new business, client prospecting, market research, setting and overseeing new client meetings, serving the current client base. The first purpose of this role is to generate new revenue streams through the development of relationship with brands and agencies

­* Develop and implement quarterly strategy plans that improves our client relationships and generate new business
­­*­ Pro­active outreach (phone, email, online and face to face meetings)
­* Weekly status report in sales meetings
­* Negotiate and close licensing sales and placements
­* Develop and maintain relationships within the industry.
­­* Prospect new clients within each market.
­* Integrate in a team environment but also be proactive and confident enough to work independently.
­* ­Follow trends through blogs, magazines or other news outlets
­­* Attend industry ­related openings, trade shows and events.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Fluent in German and English
● Superior organizational skills and follow through
● Desire to work in sales and an ability to learn quickly and adapt to growing company
● Knowledge of image/film licensing a must
● An ability to follow direction, as well as take a leadership role on projects
● Extensive knowledge of pop culture (fashion, movies, music, blogs, etc) with an ability to forecast trends
● Dedication, creativity and a strong work ethic are a must
