Senior Photographers Agent – Agency – NYC

One of our favourite clients seeks a new Photographers Agent for their New York office to work with Advertising Agency Clients. If you have previous photo agent experience, strong management and a collaborative work ethic, then you’ll fit perfectly into their dynamic team.
With offices in New York City, Paris, Milan and Los Angeles, they represent high-calibre photographers, directors, makeup artists, hair stylists, set designers and fashion stylists who are commissioned internationally for premier fashion, entertainment and advertising campaigns.

• Generate New Business 
• Pursue all opportunities, including through direct outreach researching industry trends, and developing and nurturing client relationships
• Manage Projects
• Estimate jobs, fluidly juggling multiple complex estimates at a time.
• Facilitate communication among the artists, producers, and clients needed to ensure a positive experience tor all
• Actively serve as a resource for clients and artists
• Guide the treatment process, help build the creative and production team.and packageeach iob to close the deal.
• Field a large volume of inquiries.
• Facilitate licensing requests
• Develop Our Artists
• Ensure their work is tod or mind with key influencers and decision makers
• Develop meaningful relationships with them; oversee the development of their goals and strategy.
• Provide thoughtful, constructive feedback and perspective based on experience

• Significant experience in the editorial and commercial advertising industries.
• The skill and diplomacy to estimate jobs and facilitate production.
• The drive to pursue and lead client meetings.
• A commitment to attending industry events and aligning  Artists with key influencers
• Strategic thinking.
• A relationship with decision-makers at brands, creative agencies, and publications
