We are currently looking for a Studio Manager to join a thriving premium creative agency based in East London. The right candidate will possess approx 2 years administrative experience in a creative environment and be looking to progress in their career. You must be able to multi-task and be eager to learn and upskill.  You must be comfortable dealing with people and also have strong IT skills and can use multiple packages and troubleshoot along with working with our clients external IT company.

Across your role you will:
• Always determine what our wants to achieve and ensure your work is aligned to its goals;
• Define and agree on projects, timescales, costs and resources needed with internal stakeholders
• Help to draw up plans for each project you are working on and to define interim milestones
• Ensures that each stage of a project is progressing on time, on budget and to the best quality standards
• Select and lead project teams using internal and external resources and companies;
• Negotiate best value and quality with contractors and suppliers for materials and services;
• Report regularly on progress to the appropriate internal stakeholders, in particular the Managing Director.
• Offer direct support to the Managing Director.
• Work to improve your technical knowledge and soft skills
• Use your initiative to work independently when appropriate
• You will keep the CRM database, Daylite and Wiki Software, Confluence, up to date and work to develop their uses and usefulness
• Ensure you are fully familiar and exposed to the work of our client and how it is created
