Our client is seeking a driven, energetic, entrepreneurial Team Lead - Inside Sales, to work directly with customers, largely in the TV production space. You will find out what the customers need and to be a creative partner to make sure they make the most out of their content. The ideal candidate is creative, resilient, comfortable picking up the phone to talk to anyone, lives to provide above and beyond service, and is excited to take the business to the next level. Our client operates the world’s largest collection of royalty free footage and other media assets

In this role, you will leverage your prior sales experience in a fast-moving, dynamic environment, helping clients achieve their production and creative goals and helping our client to rapidly expand their customer base.  If you have the drive to keep up with their rapid-growth high-volume pace, we want to hear from you. 
The ideal candidate is someone who has inside sales experience in a closing role and has previously managed a small team in the creative sector.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide daily direction and motivation to team members
  • Ensure team goals are hit on a weekly basis
  • Provide management with daily production reports
  • Partner with known and new customers to maintain/expand relationships and ensure that our client is top of mind
  • Rigorously pursue all sales leads (by phone, email, and chat)
  • Help clients identify and purchase the right clips and license levels
  • Assist with general customer service requests that occur during the sales process
  • Gather customer feedback for product development and market research
  • Team with colleagues to grow sales volume across multiple industries focusing on Media Production, Small to Medium Size Businesses, and Creative Agencies
  • Ensure data integrity and that the CRM system is overflowing with rich client data to support revenue generation
  • Consistently meet or exceed targets
 
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Sales experience and supervisory experience
  • Fluent speaking and writing in English language
  • Experience using a CRM, Salesforce preferred but not necessary
  • Client-focused, service-oriented, and articulate in all communications
  • Knowledge of the stock industry, including licensing terms, is a plus but not required
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Ability to multi task and stay organized
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing, global environment
  • Motivated by exceeding goals
  • A team player while able to work independently and autonomously
  • BA degree is preferred but not required
