New Job - Our client is looking for someone who is a great team leader and a master project manager from within the marketing industry. Experience with blended learning capability programs and instructional design is desired.  As the Team Leader of the Digital Transformation (DT) team, you’ll have the opportunity to significantly impact global brands by helping them achieve digital excellence in marketing. 

In this role, you will be growing and nurturing your direct team of account and project managers, continuously improving our training services and products, and ensuring successful program deliveries at the highest standard, while being directly client facing on a number of key accounts.


Key Areas of Responsibility and Expected Deliverables:
- Own the success of the US Digital Transformation business, including responsibility for the department’s successful training program deliveries and profitability.
- Serve as the primary program designer for marketing capability programs and consulting projects, working on large-scale multi-year programs and supporting the team on more tactical engagements.
- Be accountable for all project deliverables, ensuring all training and consulting documentation and services are delivered at the highest quality standards, while effectively managing client expectations and always keeping the learner in mind.
- Provide quality assurance oversight on all content developed by our outside trainers/consultants/suppliers to ensure that all deliverables meet our high standards.
- Lead, manage, and develop all team members to ensure their high performance on all project and client deliverables. Hire and train new team members as necessary. Build and source for new internal training initiatives as needed.
- Work with the team to build and maintain strong, effective leadership relationships with key clients. Ensure existing clients continue to invest in the company.
- Where necessary, directly manage client relations and be the key point of contact for high-profile client projects, delivering project work efficiently, effectively, and at high quality.
- Maintain and source new suppliers for the US trainer/consultant roster, continually enhancing it with new experts you recruit and onboard.
- Partner with the Sales team to contribute to proposals, lead working sessions with prospects, participate in pitch meetings, maintain a competitive rate card for standard products, and develop rates for custom products as necessary
- Additional responsibilities:
- Support in developing new training / capability products
- Support marketing initiatives & act as a digital transformation thought leader

Requirements:
- You have 7 years+ of relevant work experience in a digital marketing environment leading large scale client facing accounts/teams
- You are extremely well organized and efficient
- You are a self-starter and problem-solver
- You constantly strive for excellence

- You are passionate about learning and have built capability programs
- You are resourceful and metrics driven
- You are not easily discouraged and always maintain a positive attitude
