Telemarketing Executive needed for a market leader in end-to-end broadcast solutions based in Victoria, London. Our client has innovated around product and its core range encompasses broadcast camera systems, network connections, installation, training and support.

The successful candidate will be good at profiling and researching potential clients to call and enjoy being on the phone. This is a proactive outbound calling role with uncapped commission that offers great earning potential. Working closely with the Sales team and specifically the Business Development Managers, you will have previous experience in an outbound calling role where you are booking qualified meetings for sales and be able to engage at all levels in business. You must be articulate with excellent English language skills, be driven and professional in your approach.

Major Responsibilities:
• Contact businesses and private individuals, where relevant, by telephone to promote our clients products and secure telephone or F2F appointments
• Explain the product or service to potential customers
• Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer
• Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
• Handle customer questions
• Handle customer objections
• Obtain customer information including correct contact names and addresses
• Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered
• Receive orders over the telephone
• Input appointments inpt Outlook calendar
• Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources including telephone directories and purchased lists
• Conduct customer and marketing surveys when requested
• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to marketing activity

Skills and Experience:
The key areas required are:-
• Ideally Business to Business outbound calling experience
• Ability to generate own leads and generate qualified appointments.
• Experienced with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent administration and computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and driven to achieve
• Confident and energetic as well as self-motivated
• Organised
• Knowledge of Outlook

Education/ Certifications Required:
• Degree level but not mandatory
