We are currently looking for a phenomenal sales individual to join one of our favourite clients. Office based in East London, our client is an independent agency representing remarkable and rare archive footage from around the world.
This is a brand new position with an opportunity to develop some already stunning sales and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Hitting sales targets and maximise revenues from client verticals in the UK / ROW (excluding North America)
  • Negotiating rates and contracts in response to a high volume of daily enquiries
  • Promoting services, driving brand awareness among existing clients and developing long term strategic relationships
  • Developing and implementing key growth sales and marketing strategies as part of the company sales team
  • Providing robust reports on performance and sales activity to senior management
  • Using the CRM system to meticulously manage, track and report on inbound and outreach activities including assessing pipeline progression and forecasting future opportunities
  • Identifying and closing new business opportunities from a growing base of contacts 
  • Securing your own leads and helping to grow new business and drive brand awareness within designated territories
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our collections and services 

Skills/Proficiencies required:

  • Excellence in current role, goal oriented and consistently at or over target
  • 5yrs+ of sales experience, with a proven track record in business development ideally working with creative content
  • Strong people, communication & presentation skills
  • Highly organised with excellent time management, managing numerous contacts including scheduling, follow up, and establishing frequent points of interaction
  • Familiarity with legal contracts
  • Strong communication, negotiation and diplomacy skills
  • An active interest in documentaries and archival content
  • Ability to use CRM tools effectively 
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal colleagues
  • Adaptable and positive attitude to working in a compact agile team
