Business Development Representative (Global) needed NOW! Our client is the world's leading emerging technology provider for commerce. They partner with Brands and Retailers to produce engaging shopper experiences deployed across physical, and digital, activation points on the customer shopping journey. They collaborate with clients to deploy engaging, measureable projects including; production of augmented reality experiences, products, stores, avatars, liveshopping, virtual flagship stores, Metaverse and NFT activations. 

Your Role

The BDR role offers great career development opportunities and gives you the opportunity to generate good commissions on a quarterly basis. 
Working with the sales team you research companies and identify key players in strategically selected industries and verticals. You will contact potential customers via cold LinkedIn messaging and emails leading our outbound sales effort and document your progress and manage the pipeline to ensure complete visibility across the teams using our CRM platform.
In the BDR role, you will do well if you have experience in business development and/or outbound prospecting, if you love a challenge, working in target-driven environments, and succeeding as part of a team. We are seeking someone who is not afraid to speak to C-level customers on the phone as well as making sure you are up to date on the newest technologies and industry trends. 
You will need to be an ambitious individual with a passion for sales and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, team environment. 

Skills and Experience Required 

  • 2 years minimum of proven work experience as a BDR or SDR 
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (Hubspot / Outreach)
  • An exceptional appreciation for the sales process.

  • Excellent organizational skills including time planning, attention to detail and multi-tasking

Main responsibilities

  • Research companies and identify key players in strategically selected industries and verticals
  • Work alongside marketing and sales to source and engage with high potential prospects and companies
  • Contact potential customers via cold LinkedIn messaging and emails leading our outbound sales effort 
  • Book calls with qualified prospects for our Sales team
  • Document your progress and manage the pipeline to ensure complete visibility across the teams using our CRM
  • Create customised insights-based-marketing materials

Key Metrics 

  • Number of qualified meetings booked
