createselect is delighted to partner with our fabulous client, a culture change and communications consultancy based in Covent Garden, London. We are looking for a talented and thoughtful Communications Consultant (equivalent to Account Executive) to join their team, who is interested in our client's ethos of purposeful communications and branding.
The candidate's primary role is to provide consultancy support to one of the their principal clients. The nature of the work focuses on building a strong internal culture, enhancing employee morale and improving safety behaviour. They do this through various channels such as an internal newspaper, intranet and a recognition programme. In addition, they also support their clients through external engagement (website, social media, press releases).
Ideally, the candidate would have some work experience, be an accomplished writer and be comfortable with technical subject matters.
They have a very collaborative culture and the successful candidate would be expected to work closely with both consultants and designers.
