Customer Development Representative

One of our favourite global clients is looking for a proactive and driven Customer Development Representative (CDR) to work out of their Berlin offices.
You must be looking for a career in new business/sales combined with a passion for music. Mother Tongue level German is required.

Your main duty will be to expand our clients business in the DACH region by establishing new clients and customers within the desired market segments.

Key responsibilities include:
* to analyse and research, identify, and prioritise potential customers
* to create new contacts and business opportunities for the sales 
* to work closely together with the sales team and hand contacts for further development.
* to ensure the quality of sales performance and service to customers is upheld
* to, upon request, handle smaller sales requests.
* to monitor competition as well as industry knowledge, insights and trends.
* to ensure targets & objectives are met and exceeded

Essential role requirements include:
* Experience in sales or marketing - 1-2 yrs is a requirement

* Above moderate level of business acumen and an interest in business news, current affairs, etc.
* Fluent in German and English 
* Experience in Salesforce CRM.

Salary circa euros 50-65,000 + commission, office located in Berlin operating a hybrid work pattern (min 3 days in the office).
