Directors/Photographer Agent

International motion and stills production company is looking for a Director/Photographer's Agent/Producer for their London (UK) offices. If you have prior experience in representing talent and production, strong management skills, self-confidence and a collaborative work ethic, then you’ll fit perfectly into this dynamic team.

With offices in Europe and the USA they represent high-calibre photographers and directors who you will commission internationally for fashion, beauty and luxury campaigns. The ideal candidates will have knowledge of both stills + motion production. 

Key responsibilities to artists:
Nurture directors / photographers
Manage calendars & schedules 
Negotiate best possible rates 
Collaborate on a creative level 

Key new business / client services:
Build and maintain connections with clients
Seek out new business with targeted sales approaches 
Identify potential clients and create opportunities for talent to meet with them

Production & post responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project estimates / budgets 
Oversee all aspects of shoot production
Lead all production logistics
Source and hire necessary crew, oversee talent casting, prepare and order equipment lists, coordinate all travel etc
Supervise all on set production needs
Oversee and ensure accuracy of all invoices and costs
Keep track of all post production deliverables and timelines 
Liaise between client and post production vendors
Manage all usages and licensees related to deliverables 

Accounting + General Admin:
Keep job files up to date on the server 
Keep contact database up to date
Handle all respective budget reconciliations 
Approve and submit all invoices and receipts

Required experience/abilities includes:
At least 3 years + of experience in an agent+producer position at a photographic management agency
Strong knowledge of the fashion, luxury and beauty market
An entrepreneurial mind-set with a strong work ethic
Strong communication skills and be impeccably well organised
