We are looking for an Email Marketing & CRM  Manager to take ownership of our clients email outreach activity and their CRM system!

We are looking for an Email Marketing & CRM Manager to take ownership of our clients email outreach activity and CRM system, driving their email messaging with their amazing customer users and supporting their SDR prospect outreach as well as supporting their strategic partnership initiatives.
This role will put you at the centre of planning and executing our clients email content across their customer and prospect lifecycles. It will also see you taking the leading role in controlling and optimising their CRM initiatives. You will help deliver the proposition in the market and will contribute to empowering retailers and brands to generate incremental revenue through our clients platform.

We are looking for candidates who can think strategically and creatively, while building plans based on analytics, and can confidently work to maintain standards of data coming into the CRM platform whilst ensuring the most optimal email outreach, deliverability, and open rates to drive new leads and upsell opportunities.
Our client is a rapidly growing company, and we are looking for candidates who know how impactful, good outreach can be, as well as how vital strict CRM processes are to the success of any business. Our ideal candidate is passionate about data integrity, knows the power of platformslike HubSpot and has experience of optimising email outreach activity to drive conversions.

The role is a full-time job, and you will be reporting to the Chief Customer Officer. Min 2 days in their London office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Creating and delivering the company story via email using content produced by the content team,
  • Controlling the structure of data imported and added into the HubSpot CRM system by the marketing or other teams.
  • Tracking analytics to make & adjust plans based on results to maximise deliverability, open rates, and conversion to our CTAs.
  • Building and diversifying the customer and prospect databased over time in line with the Ideal customer profile (ICP)
  • Creating CRM processes to be followed by the wider business, building upon those already implemented.
  • Delivering of newsletters, EDM and drip/nurturing campaigns
  • Coordinating external/internal copywriters and ensure timeline is respected.
  • Coordinating external graphic designers and ensure assets/email templates are built to perform.

Must have:

  • 5 years of content marketing experience in a B2B industry
  • Genuine passion for all things email content and how they perform.
  • Rigour for data governance and completeness of CRM record.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and its main channels
  • Creative personality and strategic approach
  • Ability to develop plans based on analytics and industry insights.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex technology solutions and communicate their benefits.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative with light management.
  • Understanding of email content deliverability and success metrics
  • Understanding of HubSpot

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of WordPress
  • Understanding of SEO & related tools (i.e., Ubersuggest, Buzzsumo, SEMrush, Google Search Console)
