We are looking for an Email Marketing & CRM Manager to take ownership of our clients email outreach activity and their CRM system!

THE ROLE
We are looking for an Email Marketing & CRM Manager to take ownership of our clients email outreach activity and CRM system, driving their email messaging with their amazing customer users and supporting their SDR prospect outreach as well as supporting their strategic partnership initiatives.
This role will put you at the centre of planning and executing our clients email content across their customer and prospect lifecycles. It will also see you taking the leading role in controlling and optimising their CRM initiatives. You will help deliver the proposition in the market and will contribute to empowering retailers and brands to generate incremental revenue through our clients platform.
We are looking for candidates who can think strategically and creatively, while building plans based on analytics, and can confidently work to maintain standards of data coming into the CRM platform whilst ensuring the most optimal email outreach, deliverability, and open rates to drive new leads and upsell opportunities.
Our client is a rapidly growing company, and we are looking for candidates who know how impactful, good outreach can be, as well as how vital strict CRM processes are to the success of any business. Our ideal candidate is passionate about data integrity, knows the power of platformslike HubSpot and has experience of optimising email outreach activity to drive conversions.
The role is a full-time job, and you will be reporting to the Chief Customer Officer. Min 2 days in their London office.
