A Sales Executive is needed for a successful international jewellery designer, based in Belgravia. This is a fascinating and challenging sales position in a prestigious showroom, dealing with unique, beautiful and creative jewellery. The role requires experience in face to face and online sales.
Overall Responsibilities include:
- Successfully meet and exceed monthly sales targets through a combination of proactive telesales, emails and client visits to the showroom
- Build, maintain and optimize professional relationships with existing and new clients face to face, via email and telephone
- Extract key information to understand client needs to enable delivery of appropriate service to maximise sales
- Review and identify opportunities for new business development via existing and other sources
- Work within a small team and report directly to Head of Sales
- Take responsibility for organising orders and designs for client commissions
- Liaise with all other Departments within the business
- General administrative tasks and internal paperwork
- Assisting with maintaining the showroom and stock standards
The successful candidate needs to be/have:
- Proven success of exceeding targets and KPIs in a sales role
- Experienced in selling within the luxury market and a knowledge of the jewellery industry would be useful but not essential
- Proficiency in both traditional and digital communications channels
- Professional and well-presented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate with a keen eye for detail
- A highly motivated team player but with the ability to work independently
- Security aware when dealing with high value items
- Discreet and understand our clients’ need for confidentiality
