We are looking for a highly motivated, talented, and self-directed Sales Support Specialist with fantastic experience in supporting a dynamic and growing sales team.
Our clients UK/EMEA business is growing rapidly, and they are looking for a new team member to join and run alongside their Global CEO and BD team to support growth and help them bring radical transformation to the advertising marketplace.

The role is primarily responsible for supporting the business development process and generating creative data insights.
Based out of their London office the role is flexible and supports home working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a member of the business development team to help support sales activities.
• Assist BD team in lead generation activities
• Query and analyse the data to generate creative insights that help drive outbound prospecting
• Work with BD team to action sales presentations.
• Manage, administrate, and promote the use of Salesforce to ensure an up-to-date view of the sales pipeline is always available.
• Collaborate with our global marketing and insights team to promote our client across press, social media and industry events.

• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous experience in sales support role
• Good time management skills
• Strong data analysis skills coupled with a commercial mindset
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Previous use of Salesforce and Business Objects required
• Min 5 years’ experience of supporting a team preferably within a Business Development or Marketing environment.
• Knowledge of the media or advertising industry preferred
