We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Consultant (Senior Account Manager) to join our fabulous client's team. Our client is a specialist B2B digital marketing and social media consultancy working with some big-name tech companies.

You’re a few years into your marketing career, and you’re really starting to find your feet. You’re naturally curious and know there’s still plenty to learn. Working as part of a team, you can take a vague brief and turn it into something workable to develop and deliver imaginative and inspired B2B marketing campaigns. You’re happy to get stuck in where needed – developing strategy, proposing ideas, overseeing production, writing copy, managing clients, and reporting back. You live your life with your eyes and mind open. You’re a lover of the arts – whether that’s La Nouvelle Vague, Anton Chekov, or RuPaul’s Drag Race. We don’t mind where you draw your creative inspiration from, we just care you bring it with you to fuel ideas and keep campaigns fresh.
You’re experienced in building and maintaining productive client relationships, thinking ahead to pre-empt their needs. And you can process complex information quickly and respond with considered, insightful comment.
Ideally, you’ve got 2-3+ years at an agency under your belt, but we’ll make exceptions if you’re exceptional.

The job
Lead consultants are primary points of contact for clients, managing projects and heading up small consultant/studio teams to deliver campaigns. They support from initial briefing through to ideation, proposal development, content creation, and reporting back. Typical campaigns involve the production, management, and sometimes deployment of several content pieces–from eguides and social banners, through to video and animation, and interactive web and immersive mobile apps.

Our client is slightly unusual in that although they have specialist writers on the team, all their consultants get stuck in with copywriting too. It means they get an in-depth understanding of the subject matter, which their clients appreciate. Your time will be split between content strategy, copywriting, working closely with our in-house studio, and account management duties across 2-3 different client teams.
