Our client is the world's leading emerging technology provider for commerce and they partner with Brands and Retailers to produce engaging shopper experiences deployed across physical, and digital, activation points on the customer shopping journey. They are currently recruiting a Senior Product Manager to join their expanding team. This role will be hybrid working with time spent in the London office near Old Street.

The Role
The Senior Product Manager is a senior position that enables you to set the future way millions of shoppers will use AR. You will be responsible for all product planning, execution, documentation, training and presenting of all products across the product portfolio. You will be tasked with gathering and prioritizing product requirements, presenting the product roadmap and working closely with engineering, sales and marketing teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager must also ensure that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

The Product Manager is expected to:

  • Own the ongoing product roadmap and all existing products in the portfolio.
  • Own all new product deployment functions and optimisation of existing products. 
  • Generate all product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction and marketing execution strategies and tactical deployment.
  • Own the end to end product release process and all associated elements from conception, final QA, and post live analysis - aligning all the teams involved
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Present at trade conferences
  • Perform product demos to customers and webinars
  • Develop all sales tools and collateral
  • Collect and measure key product metrics against goals to inform success of each release and plan iterations accordingly
  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples 
  • Be an expert with respect to the latest AR technology across all platforms (Snapchat,Facebook, Instagram, Android, iOS etc)

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Product Management
  • Technology background, with experience in technology deployments (Apps, online)
  • Demonstratable success defining, organising and launching excellent products
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Happy in the detail and doing what’s needed to get the job done 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce/Trello/JIRA
  • Confident presentation skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Examples and at least one sample of an effective product document delivered in the past twelve months
