We are on the hunt for a superstar Technical Social Media Specialist to join our client's team based in Farringdon. Our client is an integrated creative agency specialising in branding, digital marketing, social media management, web development, and content creation.

They are looking for a Technical Social Media Specialist with a strong focus on the technical aspects of social media platforms, including Facebook Ad Manager, community management, and other related tools. This individual will play a vital role in executing and optimizing their clients' social media campaigns, ensuring that we deliver the best possible results.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage social media campaigns for the agency's clients, with a focus on technical execution and optimization.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, primarily Facebook Ad Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Utilize platform-specific tools, such as Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics, to track, analyse, and report on campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance, boost engagement, and drive conversions.
  • Manage community interactions for their clients, including responding to customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and fostering positive brand-consumer relationships.
  • Stay current with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and technical best practices to ensure their campaigns remain effective and relevant.
  • Collaborate with their creative and content teams to support the development of engaging, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Manage multiple client accounts, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and growth within their clients' social media campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong focus on the technical aspects of major platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful paid social media campaigns, particularly on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Solid understanding of community management principles and best practices.
  • Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
