Great opportunity for a seasoned Traffic Manager to implement a new traffic system within this well-established corporate to ensure the timely production of high quality marketing collateral by managing workflows primarily from the marketing dept. in and out of the design studio.
Key responsibilities
Review submitted briefs for clarity ensure smooth and timely creation of work by the various teams.
Maintain the project tracker and prioritise tasks based on genuine urgency and business objectives.
Coordinate the scheduling and assignment of tasks across all teams
Be the main liaison between marketing, content, creative and digital
Primary requirements
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Be an effective interface between Marketing teams and the Content, Creative and Digital teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to keep all teams aligned and informed
Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly resolve workflow issues and keep projects on track.
Keen attention to detail to ensure expectations are met.
Proficiency in traffic management, project management software tools and use of digital asset managers.
