Our client is a fast-growing full-service talent agency representing a high-profile list of factual and scripted talent for broadcast, podcast, brand partnerships, book publishing, live events, corporate speaking and other media opportunities. An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, commercially minded team player to join their team as Brand Partnerships Agent.

Duties comprise:

  • Pitching clients for brand partnership deals, and negotiating the terms of such deals
  • Proactively identifying new ways in which clients can work with brands to monetise their content and expertise
  • Overseeing implementation and completing all follow-through for brand partnership deals for the agency
  • In conjunction with the wider team, proactively identifying new clients for the agency
  • Devising and sending regular newsletters to key stakeholders
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with buyers
  • Staying on top of current trends, analysing sales figures and developing an awareness of revenue distribution across income streams in order to produce realistic forecasts to enable the board to take decisions accordingly
  • Advising clients on their social media content.

The successful candidate will be:

  • A confident, resilient, exceptionally well organised self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to close deals
  • Fascinated by the changing consumer landscape, and the role which creators and digital media play in this
  • Fluent across all social media channels from TikTok to LinkedIn
  • Fully conversant with content tools such as Canva, Wordpress and Mailchimp
  • Across and ahead of trends, from popular culture to politics
  • Primarily interested in expert, factual talent with super-engaged audiences
  • Ideally have 1-2 years of experience working on brand partnerships
  • Ambitious. We’re growing quickly, and the role offers opportunity for progression, with full ownership of this business area.

This is a full time role based in our clients location in the West End of London with office based work required minimum 4 days a week.
