Enterprise SaaS Sales professionals needed to write their own commission checks. Our client is the world's leading emerging technology provider for commerce and they are looking for an Enterprise SaaS Sales Director to engage with prospective and existing accounts. They partner with Brands and Retailers to produce engaging shopper experiences deployed across physical, and digital, activation points on the customer shopping journey. They collaborate with clients to deploy engaging, measureable projects including; production of augmented reality experiences, products, stores, avatars, liveshopping, virtual flagship stores, Metaverse and NFT activations. 

The successful candidate will be rewarded on a % of sales, with uncapped earning potential. You will be an ambitious, ‘make it happen’, sales leader. You will be responsible for all aspects of new customer acquisition and existing customer growth within our Platform/SAAS Services (AR Models/ AR Avatars/ Virtual Stores / Live Video Shopping) This role is best suited to a true Hunter, with experience of selling remotely and in person to a wide variety of customers and prospects across different cultures and first languages. Prioritization, creating focus, and execution will be key to success in this role.

Your Role 
The Enterprise SAAS Sales director is responsible for the management of the sales process for prospective Enterprise customers as well as expansion within existing accounts. The Enterprise SAAS Sales director will develop account plans and execute strategies and tactics in the following key areas: prospecting, relationship development, managing sales cycles, pricing presentation and delivery, negotiations, and closing.
You will be given a new business target across existing and new brands.
You are accountable for the creation of the account plan for your existing and new brands supported by your assigned team member, a Business Development Representative.
The ideal candidate is someone who has 6 - 8 years of selling SAAS services into major brands and retailers.

Experience Required

  • 6 - 8 years of successful selling in a fast paced Saas environment
  • The candidate must have worked internationally and be comfortable hosting and leading meetings
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce & Outreach)
  • Evidence of exceeding annual targets of over $1m
  • Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales contract
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience, Master’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in generating and managing large volume of sales leads
  • Great understanding of and a passion for the digital marketing space
  • Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients

Job Description

  • Accountable for maximising business from existing brands.
  • Global travel required and expected.
  • Works weekly with Sales Leader to avoid duplication or mis-alignment but otherwise a fundamentally autonomous role to secure new income from the various channels noted above
  • All opportunities to be managed from start to finish through Salesforce in order to create a professional funnel management process
  • Expand connections within the assigned list of brands to reach all budget holders
  • Hand over new business professionally and in a timely fashion to ensure delivery by the support team at the office
  • Robust, authentic Salesforce funnel built from net new brands and existing brands and retailers
  • Clear personal leadership in developing the processes to find, qualify, progress and close net new business
