We are currently recruiting for an Business Development Account Manager - Trade and Government to join a growing and dynamic global operation.

Brief overview of the role
With over 1000 academic institutions currently subscribing to our client's service globally, the Business Development Account Manager plays a critical role ensuring timely renewals across their territory and identifying additional revenue streams from an existing account base and prospective clients. The Business Development Account Manager is given the freedom to manage their own territory and is responsible for the complete sales cycle from initial contact, product demonstration, negotiation, to closing deals and onboarding and supporting each client.
This is a proactive, commercially driven role where success is ultimately measured in revenue generation and sales activity. BDAMs must be confident and self-motivated, and keen to work closely with senior colleagues as well as clients to drive the commercial agenda.
