They are seeking a Senior Sales Executive who will work within their commercial structure to follow up on qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Your main responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by closing deals and building and nurturing strong relationships with clients. They provide businesses with a tailored framework of support that drives talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, and leadership development, underpinning the cultural shift required for businesses to optimise for greatness through the power of gender equity.

Outline of Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within target organisations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs, ensuring they are utilizing our products effectively and meeting their learning objectives.

 General Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and showcase the value of their solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and collect feedback to drive product enhancements and improvements.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

 Person Specification

  • 3-5 years’ experience in enterprise sales and customer success, preferably in the L&D, DE&I or Recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Passionate about our clients mission.
